Bruce Sterling has closed the SXSWi festivities with a haranguing, funny, provocative keynote. This year is no different.
Sterling’s 2018 keynote was called Disrupting Dystopia. He covers the humorous relationships between cities and their governments (pro-net neutrality, climate-concerned etc.) vs nation-states and then it settles down into its main theme: the need to cultivate a bold, genuine, and vibrant tech arts scene.
