The Future of Biohacking: Implanting Northstar

Back in November 2015 I wrote an article called ‘The Future of Biohacking: Implanted LED Lights‘ which featured Grindhouse Wetware’s Northstar LED implant.
Grindhouse evolved from a group of highly driven individuals on the biohack.me forums, to a dedicated team working towards a common goal – augmenting humanity using safe, affordable, open source technology.

In The Future of Biohacking: Implanting Northstar we see released footage of the procedure for implanting Northstar into the body (starts at around 2m 16sec). Be warned that this is not for the squeamish as this shows a procedure that shows cutting open the biohacker’s hand and the Northstar implant being inserted.
